Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about working with Equity Support Group and the NDIS. Need something specific? Just give us a call.

Is Equity Support Group an NDIS registered provider?

Yes. Equity Support Group is a registered NDIS provider (registration #4050170458), which means we meet the NDIS Practice Standards and can support participants whose plans are NDIA-managed, plan-managed or self-managed.

Which areas of South Australia do you support?

We are based in Modbury and provide support across greater Adelaide, with a strong presence in the northern and north-eastern suburbs such as Tea Tree Gully, Golden Grove, Salisbury, Ingle Farm and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm availability in your suburb.

How do I start receiving support?

Get in touch by phone or our contact form for a no-obligation conversation. We will talk through your goals and NDIS plan, match you with suitable support workers, and agree on a schedule that works for you - usually within one business day of your enquiry.

Can I choose and keep the same support worker?

Yes. We match you with workers based on your needs, preferences and personality, and we aim for consistency so you build trust with a familiar team rather than seeing a different person each visit.

What types of NDIS support do you offer?

We provide assistance with daily living and personal care, high intensity supports, community and social participation, mentoring and group activities, transport, and short term respite (STR). We also support older South Australians through Home Care Packages.
